This qualification is equivalent to year 1 of a 3 year UK honours degree / HE Level C (Certificate) or NQF Level:4. IDB is equivalent to year one of a 3 year UK honours degree.
The International Diploma in Business (IDB) is suitable for students who wish to obtain an internationally recognised business qualification that sets them on a path to successful employment in the growing business sector.
It is possible for IDB graduates to enter into employment with enhanced skills and greater employability in areas such as Marketing, Management, Finance, Retail or Human Resource Management.

• Organisational and Business Structures
• Principles of Management
• Principles of Quantitative Methods
The course is taught over a period of two years including International Advanced Diploma in Business. Students who intend to join a university can drop out after completing the IDB. Students who complete the course over two years receive IADB.
Entry Requirements:
Successful graduates of the NCC Education International Foundation Year programme or;
Students who have any local or international qualification which is deemed to be a similar level to the NCC Education International Foundation Year programme, or;
Students with at least one 'A' level pass or equivalent or an appropriate School Leaver's certificate or;
Vocational experience which is deemed suitable by NCC Education.
For students whose first language is not English, an IELTS Certificate with score 5.0 or TOEFL 550 is essential.
